Most jewelry repairs are completed within 2-3 business days.
Repairs involving parts that need to be ordered usually take a week to ten days.

From short repairs to the more complicated, our two full time jewelers and one part time watchmaker do it all.

Short repairs such as batteries, watch band sizing, and pin replacement are usually done while you wait. More involved repairs typically take 1-2 weeks.
